Terms of Service

Vroli is a resume builder and job-application assistant. You can create resumes, score them, tailor them to a job posting, generate cover letters, practise interview questions, benchmark salaries and track applications.

The resume builder, all templates and PDF export are free and unlimited. AI-assisted features are limited to five requests per day on the free plan and are unlimited on Pro.

You need an account to save work. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting it removes your resumes, applications, contacts and generated documents from the database.

Pro costs €29 per month or €240 per year, charged through Stripe. Prices include no VAT adjustment unless shown at checkout.

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Annual plans run out the paid year and do not renew without confirmation.

As this is digital content supplied immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you start using the paid features. If something goes wrong, contact us — we would rather sort it out than argue.

Scores, matches, tailored resumes, cover letters and interview feedback are produced by a language model. They can be wrong, incomplete or generic. Check anything before you send it to an employer.

You keep ownership of what you write and of the documents you generate. We claim no rights over your resumes.

Do not use the service to impersonate someone else, to submit knowingly false information to employers, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

We may suspend an account that does any of the above.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that using it results in interviews or job offers.

Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We will announce material changes to these terms by email or in the app before they take effect.
